Spacious, lots of light, this 2 bedroom apartment is all yours.Queen bed, 4 twins (bunkbeds) all with memory foam make comfortable sleeping with central heat and air conditioning. Fully furnished kitchen with spices. Futon couch in LR. Porch/futons
This huge, comfortable and airy apartment is located half way between Hollywood and Downtown LA. With it's central location you can be at the beach as quickly as Disneyland. Also please note that Los Angeles has a 14% occupancy tax that I must collect when you arrive.
LIVING ROOM has a leather futon couch and another leather couch.
KITCHEN is fully furnished: pots and pans, dishes, silverware, spices etc.
BEDROOMS: one has a queen size bed with memory foam and the other bedroom has 4 twin beds with memory foam. They are super comfortable. All brand new sheets, pillows, organic cotton blankets.
You have Access
There is a patio table and chairs on the patio. And you have access to the washer and dryer in the building.
I usually meet with you when you check in to show you how everything works.
This is a quiet area with neighbors who are professionals: nurse, screen writer, etc. Please note that there are about twenty stairs to reach this upper apartment.
The metro is about 8 blocks away and there are local buses within 2 blocks. Parking is included Free at your apartment. If you have a second car, you can also park free on the street.
Other Things to Note
The building is sort of ugly on the outside...beautiful on the inside. I look at that as making it more safe. There is one parking spot on the property for you.
No smoking in the apartment OR on the property. This is for insurance purposes. We have a non-smoking building.
Please close the windows when running the A/C or heat.

We stayed at Marys place for 4 nights and everything was perfect. We are a big family (6) and the sleeping rooms were comfortable. Parking space in front of the house! Close to Hollywood and easy to go anywhere (with navigation system!). A car is needed. Everything was clean and nice, especially her husband Herb (nice)!
Die Lage der Unterkunft zwischen Downtown L.A. und Hollywood ist sehr günstig.
Die Vermieterin ist sehr liebenswürdig und hilfreich. Wir haben uns dort wohl gefühlt.
The apartment is big and comfortable. We didn't meet Mary at all, although she announced to come the second morning.
There was no information or a city plan in the apartment. Therefore it was very difficult to find back to the apartment without car and navi. We were going by bus to Santa Monica and it took us 3 hours to find back. Searching the adress someone told us, that we were walking in a dangerous area. We were upset abouth this missing information and would not recommend this apartment
Mary is a very nice and courteous women. The location is top, about 10min from downtown and Hollywood. Everything you need was in the apartment, even seasonings. The beds were really comfortable and we had a good stay at all.
We totally recommend it.
Todo perfecto con Mary, una excelente anfitriona. La recomiendo al 100%.
Apartment was clean and in good condition. Everything needed was in the Apartment. Food shop in sourrounding area. Couch in living room is a little old but still in o.k. condition. Connection to Highway is 2 blocks away.
Vorsicht "kein" 5Stern Apartment. Nicht empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.
Inneneinrichtung durchweg staubig teilweise veraltet und abgewohnt.
z.B.Kunststoffpflanzen ausgebleicht und völlig verstaubt.
z.B.kein Fenster geputzt das heißt dicker Dreck in den seit Jahren nicht gestrichenen Holzrahmen (nicht nur Wasserflecken vom Regen)
Kücheneinrichtung veraltet,schmierig ungepflegt abgewohnt.
Außenanlagen veraltet, verwahrlost und ungepflegt.
Einige Angaben in Annonce stimmen nicht z.B.
- Vermieter nicht vor Ort
- Orangenen Zitronenfrüchte vom Garten usw...
Wer sich vergewissern möchte kann gerne unter "[email protected]" Bildmaterial anfordern.
Vorsicht durch die Zeitverschiebung besteht praktisch keine Möglichkeit über WIMDU das Geld zurückzuhalten.
