AppartInPau make a full proposal for the lease of one or more apartments according to availability and offer other apartments if requested rental is not available during the stay in Pau. Each rental proposal include an update of the availability of a description (s) apartment (s), a list of fees and services included and rental conditions.All leasing proposals are only valid for 48 hours from shipment. This 48 hour period is a time of reflection for the future tenant. If no response is received during these 48 hours AppartInPau reserves the right to cancel any proposed reservations. 4. Rental period The minimum stay in all of our properties is based on 3 nights stay. In Appart Pau reserves the right not to accept rental applications that do not meet the minimum stay required. 5. Booking confirmation and deposit 5.1. Before booking before you commit to a reservation, you must contact us by e-mail to confirm the availability of the property. Reservations We accept VISA and MASTERCARD payment via PayPal, bank transfers and PayPal electronic transfers as well as cash. AppartInPau does not cover bank charges or fees due to bank transaction. All payments must equal the sum requested (net of bank charges). 6.2. Balance end we only accept VISA and MASTERCARD payment via PayPal, cash and bank PayPal.The final balance is due the day of your arrival at AppartInPau.Le lease is signed and returned by you, or no later than the day of your arrival, a representative of AppartInPau. All prices published by AppartInPau can be changed without notice. 7.2 Equipment & Supplies The apartments are rented fully furnished and equipped with all major appliances: refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, iron & ironing board, hairdryer hair, color TV with remote control, CD player and stereo, washing machine, dishwasher (in some apartments), DVD player.The price includes bed linen and towels, bath soap, toilet paper necessary cleaning products, dishwasher detergent. For reasons of health and allergies, we do not provide detergent for machine washing. 7.3. What is not included in the daily or weekly price (unless otherwise indicated on the rental conditions): electricity gas and water consumption. Cleaning at end of stay. The guaranteed deposit amount is set at 250 euros. This deposit can be paid by VISA or MasterCard via PayPal or cash on the day of arrival, the signing of the lease, to cover the cost of any damage, breakage, cost of telephone and / or consumption electricity by consumption during the stay. AppartInPau can not be held responsible for delay or cancellation of a flight to the arrival at the apartment. 9.1 Arrival: 16.00 hours until 19.30 hours.The arrival is scheduled for each apartment at 16:00 pm, especially if the apartment is rented the night before your arrival in order to prepare and organize your apartment to welcome you in the best conditions. However, if the apartment is not rented the night before your arrival, we can allow immediate access to the property, according to our agreement. For arrival after 19:30 pm, we will apply 30 euros for late arrival. 9.2 Departure: 10.00 hours. The departure is scheduled at 10:00 am, and must be strictly complied with the return key. If you have an early departure (all days of the week), we will arrange directly with you before your departure for the return of the keys. Animals subject to a classification are not permitted. 15. Smoking For health reasons AppartInPau all apartments are non-smoking. However, for apartments with terrace, it is allowed to smoke outside. 16. Cancellation due to AppartInPau AppartInPau will seek and propose any alternatives to unplanned unavailability of an apartment. If no solution seems acceptable AppartInPau refund the deposit without any further compensation. 17. Cancellation by the tenant All cancellations must be sent by mail. The termination date is the date of receipt of the letter. In case of cancellation, the reservation deposit is non-refundable. The total amount of the rental is due in the following cases: cancellation within one month of the beginning of the lease,you fail the first day of your stay, you leave the apartment before the end of your lease, if the reservation is canceled by us due to non-payment. All the clothes are carefully washed and dried. All linen is changed for each arrival. That is why we appreciate that you keep and maintain in good condition all linens, duvets, pillows and towels. We reserve the right to charge a penalty for non-compliance and / or misuse of the machine. Our entire team is trustworthy, specially trained and organized in the best possible for your convenience. If you need additional cleaning or linen, it will be possible to arrange in advance with supplement. 22. Insurance apartment, furniture and hardware are covered by insurance in case of fire, water leak or glass breakage. Theft of equipment is your responsibility.Your belongings are not covered by insurance. 23. Right In case of dispute, all contractual obligations under the rental reservations are tried in the city of Pau (64), FRANCE, and are subject to French law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pau (64).
